Reaction Steps
5-(N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-alanyl)oxy-7-methyl-3-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrocinnoline obtained in Example 31 was dissolved in dioxane (0.5 mL, followed by adding a 4N HCl solution/dioxane (0.5 mL) under ice cooling and reacting over night. The reaction liquid was concentrated to dryness to obtain an objective compound as white solid.
