Reaction Steps
Utilizing a procedure analogous to that described in Example 61, the title compound was prepared in 17% yield from added N-(3-methoxy-phenyl)-benzene-1,4-diamine (100 mg, 0.405 mmol) and 4-chloro-6-phenyl-thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine (100 mg, 0.405 mmol). RP18-HPLC RT: 6.833 minutes; API MS: 425.53 (M+1); MP: 189-191° C.
