Procedure
Prepared as described in example 5d) above using [1-[4-chloro-3-[[(tricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]dec-1-ylmethyl)amino]carbonyl]phenyl]-4-piperidinyl]-carbamic acid, 1,1-dimethylethyl ester (Example 6c), hydrochloric acid (0.5 ml of a 4N solution in dioxane) and methanol (10 ml). The mixture was heated at reflux for 15 min. to complete the reaction. After evaporation to two-thirds of the original volume, a solid crystallised on standing which was collected by filtration and dried in vacuo to give the title compound as a solid (0.025 g).
