The title compound was prepared from the HATU-mediated coupling of 4-iodo-2-(quinoxaline-5-sulfonylamino)benzoic acid (EXAMPLE 4, Step D) and azepane and purified as described in EXAMPLE 1, Step K. MS (ESI): mass calculated for C21H21IN4O3S, 536.0; m/z found, 535 [M−H]−. HPLC (reverse phase): RT=9.42 min. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3, rotameric broadening): 9.08 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 9.00 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 8.81 (br s, 1H), 8.49 (d, J=7.3, 1H), 8.35 (d, J=8.4, Hz, 1H), 7.98 (s, 1H), 7.88 (t, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 7.37 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 6.75 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 3.30-3.27 (br m, 2H), 2.91-2.89 (m, 2H), 1.66-1.63 (m, 2H), 1.63-1.54 (m, 2H), 1.50-1.43 (br m, 4H).
