The title compound was prepared from the HATU-mediated coupling of 4-bromo-2-(quinoxaline-5-sulfonylamino)benzoic acid (EXAMPLE 1, Step G) and azepane and purified as described in EXAMPLE 1, Step K. MS (ESI): mass calculated for C21H21BrN4O3S, 488.0; m/z found, 487/489 [M−H]−. HPLC (reverse phase): RT=9.34 min. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3, rotameric broadening): 9.08 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 9.00 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 8.87 (br s, 1H), 8.50 (d, J=7.3 Hz, 1H), 8.34 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.87 (dd, J=8.4, 7.4 Hz, 1H), 7.80 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 7.16 (dd, J=8.1, 1.8 Hz, 1H), 6.91 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 3.33-3.28 (br m, 2H), 2.93-2.91 (m, 2H), 1.68-1.65 (m, 2H), 1.58-1.52 (m, 2H), 1.50-1.42 (br m, 4H).
