Procedure
Following the general procedure for urea formation outlined in example 15, 4-chloro-2-hydroxy-3-(4-morpholinylsulfonyl)aniline (90 mg, 0.31 mmol) and 2,3-dichlorophenylisocyanate (70 μL, 0.37 mmnol) were coupled to form the desired urea (77 mg, 52%). EI-MS (m/z) 477.68, 479.72, 481.63 (M−).
