Procedure
Following the general procedure for urea formation outlined in example 15, N-cyclopropyl -3-amino-6-chloro-2-hydroxybenzenesulfonamide (220 mg, 0.84 mmol) and 2,3-dichlorophenylisocyanate (190 mg, 1/01 mmol) were coupled to form the desired urea (176 mg, 46%). LC-MS (m/z) 452.0 (M+).
