Procedure
Following the general procedure for urea formation outlined in example 15, 4-chloro-3-(1,1-dioxidothiomorpholinosulfonyl)-2-hydroxyaniline (62 mg, 0.018 mmol) and 2-chlorophenylisocyanate (34 mg, 0.22 mmol) were coupled to form the desired urea (29 mg, 32%). LC-MS (m/z) 496.0 (M+).
