Procedure
A solution of Example 11C (40 mg, 0.085 mmol) in dichloromethane (3.0 mL) at room temperature was treated with 4N HCl in dioxane (0.5 mL), stirred for 1 hour, and concentrated to provide the desired product as the hydrochloride salt (30 mg, 74%). MS (DCI/NH3) m/e 370 (M+H)+; 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 11.09 (br s, 1H), 8.90 (d, J=5.8 Hz, 2H), 8.47 (br s, 2H), 8.33 (s, 1H), 8.22 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 8.14 (d, J=5.8 Hz, 2H), 7.98 (s, 1H), 7.94 (d, J=16.5 Hz, 1H), 7.86 (d, J=16.5 Hz, 1H), 7.62 (d, J=7.9 Hz, 1H), 7.37 (d, J=4.5 Hz, 1H), 7.36 (s, 1H), 7.08 (m, 1H), 6.98 (m, 1H), 3.71 (m, 1H), 3.67 (m, 1H), 3.54 (m, 1H), 3.15 (m, 2H).
