0.5 g of 6-acetylpyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine prepared in Preparation Example 15 was dissolved in 5 ml of chloroform; and 0.5 g of N-chlorosuccinimide was added threrto. The reaction mixture was refluxed for 2 hours and then concentrated. The residue was chromatographed over silica gel to yield 0.5 g of title compound.
