NaHCO3 was added, the mixture stirred for about 10 min, and lyophilized to afford the title compound (213). 1H-NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 6.55 (d, J=4.8 Hz, 1H), 3.10 (t, J=6.4 Hz, 2H), 2.53-2.56 (m, 1H), 1.97-2.00 (m, 1H), 1.79-1.83 (m, 2H), 1.70-1.74 (m, 2H), 1.53-1.58 (m, 2H), 1.37-1.43 (m, 2H), 1.15 (t, J=6.8 Hz, 6H), 0.90 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 9H). Phosphorus (162 MHz, CD3OD) δ0.36; MS (ESI) m/z 366 (M+H)+.
