The title compound (0.21 g, 76%) was prepared from the compound from step 1 (0.30 g, 0.81 mmol) and 4 N HCl in dioxane by the procedure described in step 2 of Example 4: MS (ESI) m/z 269 (M+H); 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.86 (br, 2H), 2.08 (m, 2H), 3.10 (br, 1H), 3.30 (br, 2H) 3.66 (m, 2H), 5.25 (br, 2H), 6.96-7.03 (m, 4H), 7.12 (m, 2H). 7.38 (m, 3H), 8.22 (br, 2H).
