Reaction Steps

A solution of N-cyclopropyl-3-[5-fluoro-3-(4-pyridinyl)-1H-indazol-6-yl]-4-methylbenzamide (Example 1, 9.3 mg) and m-CPBA (20 mg) in chloroform (2 ml) was stirred under nitrogen at 60° C. for 1 h. The mixture was applied to an Isolute amino cartridge (1 g) and eluted with chloroform/methanol (100:0 and 90:10 to give the title compound as a yellow solid (5.5 mg).
