Procedure

To the product from Step C (250 mg) in ethanol (5 mL) was added 2,2,2-trifluoroethanimidamide (180 mg) and the reaction mixture heated to reflux. After 2 h, the mixture was cooled to ambient temperature and the solvent evaporated in vacuo and used without further purification. LC/MS 224.2 (14+1-56).
