Reaction Steps

To a cooled (0° C.) mixture of 1-(2,6-dimethyl-pyridin-4-yl)-3-[2-(4-methylamino-piperidin-1-yl)-ethyl]-urea (Example E1., 0.3 mmol) and TEA (0.5 mL, 0.35 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (2 mL) is added a solution of (3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-acetyl chloride (67.0 mg, 0.3 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (1 mL). The mixture is stirred at r.t. for 15 h and evaporated. the residue is purified by HPLC to provide the title compound.
