Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in the same manner as described for (3S)-3-[2-(trifluoromethyl)phenoxy]pyrrolidine hydrochloride from tert-butyl (3R)-3-hydroxypyrrolidine-1-carboxylate and 2-bromo-4-fluorophenol. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 7.62 (m, 1H), 7.32 (m, 1H), 7.13 (m, 1H), 5.31 (s, 1H), 3.60 (m, 1H), 3.32 (m, 3H), 2.12 (m, 2H).
