Procedure

Following the procedure of Example 2, making variations only as required to use 2-amino-3-methylbutyric acid in place of benzyloxyacetic acid to react with [4-(6-aminopyridazin-3-yl)piperazin-1-yl](2-trifluoromethylphenyl)methanone and then treated with HCl, the title compound was obtained as a white powder of HCl salt (48% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 11.53, 8.50, 8.12, 7.84, 7.76, 7.68, 7.62, 7.54, 3.90, 3.36, 3.25, 2.20, 0.98. MS (ES+) m/z 451.2 (M+1).
