Procedure

Following the procedure of Example 6, making variations only as required to use hexyanoyl chloride in place of phenoxyacetyl chloride to react with [4-(6-aminopyridazin-3-yl)piperazin-1-yl](2-trifluoromethylphenyl)methanone, the title compound was obtained as a white solid (30% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 11.65, 8.62, 7.75, 7.65, 7.58, 7.46-7.53, 7.37, 4.08, 3.88, 3.52-3.78, 3.30-3.40, 2.63, 1.72-1.79, 1.24-1.40, 0.90. MS (ES+) m/z 449.7 (M+1).
