Procedure

Compound 158.1 was prepared by the process as described for 1.1 by reaction of 158.3 with tert-butyl 2-amino-2-methylpropionate hydrochloride and phosgene (solution in toluene). Molecular weight 269.11 (C15H15N3O2); retention time Rt=1.43 min. [B]; MS (ESI): 270.18 (MH+).
