Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared analogously to 4-(octyloxy)-3-(trifluoromethyl)-benzo-hydrazide (12a) in >95% yield. MS (ESI): 353.11 (MH+); HPLC retention time on a C8(2) column (30×3.00 mm, 3μ) is 2.30 min with gradient 20-98% acetonitrile-H2O (0.1% TFA) in 3.5 min as mobile phase.
