A suspension of the product of Example 206 (200 mg, 0.46 mmol), triethylamine hydrochloride (630 mg, 4.6 mmol) and NaN3 (299 mg, 4.6 mmol) in toluene (20 mL) was heated to toluene reflux for 60 h. Preparative HPLC afforded the title compound 100 mg (45%). LC-MS: 479.0 (MH+, m/z), 1.82 (Rt, min).
