1-[4-(5-chloro-1H-indol-3-yl)piperidine-1-yl]-2-(4-dimethylamino-4-phenylcyclohexylidene)-ethanone (167 mg, 0.35 mmole) was dissolved was dissolved in ethyl methyl ketone (5 ml) and chlorotrimethylsilane (0.067 ml, 0.53 mmole) was added. After 50 minutes the hydrochloride was isolated as a beige-coloured compound with an m.p. of 188°-190° C. in a yield of 73% (131 mg) (Example 27).
