Procedure
To prepare the hydrochloride the diastereoisomer mixture of {4-[4-(5-methoxy-1H-indol-3-yl)-3,6-dihydro-2H-pyridine-1-yl]-1-phenylcyclohexyl}-dimethylamine (343 mg, 0.8 mmole) was dissolved in ethyl methyl ketone (5 ml) and chlorotrimethylsilane (255 μl, 2.0 mmole) was added. The solid thereby formed was filtered off and dried. The hydrochloride was thereby obtained in a yield of 400 mg (100%) as a colourless solid (Example 57) with an 15 m.p. of 201°-203° C.
