Reaction Steps
(4-Methanesulfonylamino-3-trifluoromethyl-5-vinylbenzyl)carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (89.3 mg, 0.23 mmol) and CF3COOH (5˜6 drops) were added into methylene chloride. The mixture was stirred for 12 hr. The reaction mixture was purified according to step 6 of Example 8 to give a title product (101.4 mg, 100%).
