A mixture of the product from Example 1c (320 mg, 2.0 mmol) in 6 mL of POCl3 was heated at 50° C. with stirring for 6 h. Cooled to room temperature and quenched by pouring into ice. Adjusted to pH 10 with NH4OH and extracted with CH2Cl2. Dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated under vacuum giving the title compound as a tan solid (322 mg, 90%).
