Procedure

Compound 107 (24.9 mg) was dissolved in methylene chloride (1 mL). While the solution was cooled with ice, trifluoroacetic acid (3 mL) was added. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature (20 to 30° C.) overnight. After the reaction was completed, the reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure. The resulting residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (methylene chloride:methanol=10:1 to 4:1) to give 12.6 mg (68% yield) of the desired product as a white amorphous.
