4-hydroxyphenyldiphenylsulfonium 4-methylbenzenesulfonate and triethylammonium 1,1,3,3,3-pentafluoro-2-(methacryloyloxy)propane-1-sulfonate of Synthesis Example 1-2 are mixed and ion-changed in a dichloromethane-water system. An organic layer after washing by water was concentrated under reduced pressure and was used for the next reaction as a crude substance.
