Reaction Steps

To a solution of compound 2-3 (3.96 g, 10 mmol) in toluene (20 mL) was added DMFDMA (9.2 g, 35 mmol) and the mixture was heated at reflux for 4 hours. The mixture was cooled and the formed white solid was collected. After washed by PE, the solid was dried in vacuum to get the product 2.
