Procedure
A mixture of 1-(5-(5-chloro-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-4-yl)thiazol-2-yl)cyclobutanamine (30 mg, 0.078 mmol) (Example 121B) in anhydrous tetrahydrofuran (1 mL) was treated with ethyl isocyanate (6.79 μL, 0.086 mmol), and the reaction mixture was stirred at ambient temperature for about 4 hours. The reaction was diluted with water and brine, and extracted with dichloromethane. The extracts were combined and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel, eluting with a gradient of 2% to 8% methanol in dichloromethane, to provide the title compound.
