A solution of 74 mg (0.44 mmol) of 4-fluorophenylthiourea and 55 mg (0.44 mmol) of 1,3-dichloroacetone in 5 ml of ethanol is stirred at +85° C. for 60 min. After removal of the solvent on a rotary evaporator, the residue is taken up in 5 ml of DMF, 105 mg (0.31 mmol) of the compound from Example 38A and 78 mg (0.93 mmol) of sodium bicarbonate are added and the mixture is then stirred at RT for 20 h. The mixture is then added to 15 ml of saturated sodium bicarbonate solution. The mixture is extracted with ethyl acetate (three times, 15 ml each) and the combined organic phases are dried over magnesium sulphate. After removal of the solvent on a rotary evaporator, the crude product is purified chromatographically on silica gel 60 (mobile phase gradient dichloromethane/ethanol 200:1→20:1).
