This compound was prepared from ethyl 7-[(4-fluorophenyl)methyl]-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1-[2-(2-oxo-1-piperidinyl)ethyl]-1,2-dihydro-1,5-naphthyridine-3-carboxylate and 1-(methyloxy)-2-propanamine using methods similar to Example 563 to provide a white solid: 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 10.17 (1H, d, J=8 Hz), 8.54 (1H, s), 8.27 (1H, s), 7.23 (2H, dd, J=5, 8 Hz), 6.98 (2H, t, J=8 Hz), 4.31-4.43 (3H, m), 4.15 (2H, s), 3.53 (2H, b), 3.47 (2H, d, J=5 Hz), 3.40 (3H, s), 3.36 (2H, b), 2.35 (2H, b), 1.75 (4H, b), 1.30 (3H, d, J=7 Hz); ES+ MS: 511 (M+H+).
