Reaction Steps
tert-Butyl 7-bromo-5-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-pyrido[4,3-b]indole-2(5H)-carboxylate (300 mg, 0.821 mmol) and 4-(5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl)piperazin-2-one (184 mg, 0.751 mmol) were reacted according to Example 2 (step f) to provide the title compound (72 mg, 18%): ESI MS m/z 530 [M+H]+.
