Procedure
According to the process described in Example 1, starting with 1.87 g of 2-hydrazino-N,N-dimethylpyridin-4-amine and 1.97 g of methyl 4-oxotetrahydrothiophene-3-carboxylate, 35 mg of 2-[4-(dimethylamino)pyridin-2-yl]-1,2,4,6-tetrahydro-3H-thieno[3,4-c]pyrazol-3-one are obtained. The hydrochloride is prepared by freeze-drying the 35 mg obtained previously, dissolved in 1 mL of 0.1N HCl.
