Add diisopropylethylamine (0.2 mL, 1.1 mmol) to a solution of (3E)-4-[3-methyl-4-({5-(propan-2-yl)-3-[(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy]-1H-pyrazol-4-yl}methyl)phenyl]but-3-en-1-yl methanesulfonate (200 mg, 0.28 mmol) and tert-butyl 2,6-diazaspiro[3.5]nonane-6-carboxylate (77 mg, 0.34 mmol) in acetonitrile (3 mL). Heat the mixture at 80° C. for overnight. Concentrate under reduced pressure and purify residue by flash chromatography to yield the title compound (127 mg, 0.15 mmol). MS (m/z): 838.8, 839.6 (M+1), 836.8, 837.6 (M−1).
