A suspension of DIPEA (2.39 g, 18.50 mmol), 2-(4-methyl-5-phenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)morpholine (1.5 g, 6.17 mmol) and 4,6-dichloro-2-pyrimidinamine (1.011 g, 6.17 mmol) in ethanol (200 mL) was stirred at 100° C. overnight. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure, and the crude product was purified by silica gel chromatography, eluting with CH2Cl2/EtOAc (10:1) to afford the title compound (1.2 g) as a white solid. LC-MS (ES) m/z=371, 373 [M+H]+.
