Reaction Steps
The compound obtained in step 2 is solubilised in a 50:50 CH2Cl2/TFA mixture (40 ml) and the mixture is stirred for 1 hour at ambient temperature. The residue is evaporated to dryness, taken up with water and freeze-dried. 1.0 g of the expected compound is obtained.
