Procedure

1 g 4-tert.-Butyl-cyclohexanol (cis/trans 30:70; i.e. 1 eq) was mixed with 10 ml toluene (i.e. 0.6 mol). 0.5 g succinic anhydride (i.e. 0.8 eq) and 0.1 g lipase immobilized on Na2SO4 were added (i.e. 10% per weight). The reaction conditions were the same as in example 1.
