The title compound was prepared as described in Example 224B, substituting Example 224A and 1,1-difluoro-2-iodoethane with 4,4-dimethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-7-amine and 1-bromo-2-fluoroethane, respectively, and using 2.5 equivalent of K2CO3.
