Reaction Steps
A solution of 40 mg (0.09 mmol) of the compound from example 31a in 1.4 ml of 50% concentrated hydrochloric acid was heated at 95° C. for 9 h. Freeze-drying after cooling afforded 21 mg of the title compound as bishydrochloride.
