Reaction Steps
tert-butyl 3-(4-{[(3,4-dichlorophenyl)amino]carbonyl}piperazin-1-yl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate (690 mg, 1.6 mmol) was dissolved in dichloromethane (50 ml) at room temperature. Trifluoroacetic acid (3 ml) was added and the mixture left to stir for 2 hours then concentrated in vacuo.
