The title compound was prepared according to the procedure E described for Example 9 from 2,6-dichloro-3-nitro-benzoic acid (CAS: 55775-97-8; commercial) and 1-(3-fluoro-4-piperazin-1-yl-phenyl)-ethanone: colourless solid, m.p. 209-211° C., MS (ISP): 440.1 MH+.
