Reaction Steps
N-[3-(7,7-Dimethyl-6-oxo-1,5,6,7-tetrahydro-imidazo[4,5-f]indol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]-acetamide was prepared using 2-(4-amino-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-7,7-dimethyl-5,7-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-f]indol-6-one (150 mg, 0.53 mmol) and acetic anhydride. The title compound was obtained as white powder (73 mg).
