Procedure
In a similar manner as described for Intermediate 59, using 6-(1-aminoethyl)-N-[4-(methyloxy)phenyl]-1,2,4-triazin-3-amine (Intermediate 47) (100 mg, 0.41 mmol), and cyclopropanecarbonyl chloride (0.043 mL, 0.45 mmol), except the reaction was stirred for 1 h at −78° C., to afford N-[1-(3-{[4-(methyloxy)phenyl]amino}-1,2,4-triazin-6-yl)ethyl]cyclopropanecarboxamide (110 mg) as a yellow solid. 1H NMR (DMSO): δ9.87 (s, 1H), 8.64 (d, J=8.0 HZ, 1H), 8.35 (s, 1H), 7.62 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 2H), 6.91 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 2H), 5.05 (m, 1H), 3.74 (s, 3H), 1.63 (m, 1H), 1.47 (d, J=7.0 Hz, 3H), 0.65 (m, 4H).
