Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared from (S)-7-fluoro-4-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-ol and (S)-methyl 2-(6-hydroxy-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-3-yl)acetate following a procedure analogous to that described in Step 3 of Intermediate 1. LC (method 26): tR=0.95 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=531 [M+H]+.
