Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared from (S)-4-(7-fluoro-1-hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-4-yl)-5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-one and (S)-methyl 2-(6-hydroxy-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-3-yl)acetate following a procedure analogous to that described in Step 3 of Intermediate 1. LC (method 7): tR=1.18 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=543 [M+H]+.
