PROCEDURE

实验过程

(S)-4-bromo-7-fluoro-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-ol (6.8 g) and imidazol (5 g) are dissolved at 0° C. in N,N-dimethylformamide (NMP, 25 mL), treated with tert.-butyldimethylchlorosilane (6.3 g) and stirred for 2 hours at room temperature. Water is added and the mixture is stirred for 10 minutes. Then the mixture is partitioned between 1 M hydrochloric acid and ethyl acetate. The organic phase is dried (MgSO4) and concentrated to give the title compound. Yield: 9.25 g.
