Reaction Steps
Using 2,2,6,7-tetramethyl-3-(4-methylphenyl)-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-amine obtained Reference Example 139 and 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)propionic acid, the title compound was obtained in the same manner as in Reference Example 359. Yield 64%. Melting point: 149-150° C. (ethyl acetate-hexane).
