Reaction Steps
Using a diastereo mixture of N-(7-(1-hydroxypropyl)-3-(4-isopropylphenyl)-4,6-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl)-3,3-dimethylbutanamide obtained in the synthesis in Examples 30 and 31, the title compound was synthesized in the same manner as in Example 32. Yield: 18%. Melting point: 163-164° C. (hexane-ethyl acetate).
