Reaction Steps
Using (−)-N-((3R)-7-bromo-3-(4-isopropylphenyl)-4,6-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl)-3,3-dimethylbutanamide obtained in Example 51 and 2-furyl(diphenyl)methanol, the title compound was obtained in the same manner as in Example 107. Yield: 6%. Melting point: 214-217° C. (ethyl acetate-hexane).
