A solution of THF (20 mL) saturated with NH3 (g) at −20° C. was added over 5-[2-(methylsulfonyl)pyrimidin-4-yl]-6-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine (90 mg, 0.2 mmol, obtained in example 127) in a closed vessel. It was stirred at room temperature for 2 days and concentrated. The crude product obtained was purified by chromatography on silica gel using hexane-EtOAc mixtures of increasing polarity as eluent, to afford 7 mg of the title compound (yield: 9%)
